VERTO Program Mailing
My latest box design was sent to the students admitted to LMU who were embarking on an exciting journey abroad for their first year. Inspired by the theme of travel, I crafted a striking vintage luggage look, featuring patterned lining, artfully drawn latches and handles, and vibrant stickers showcasing the cities where these students will thrive. Inside this thoughtfully designed box, we included a branded blanket, a stylish luggage tag, a practical water bottle, a versatile drawstring backpack, and a personalized notecard to make them feel special and welcomed.
I strategized the tagline Make your Mark which is only seen once the box has been opened. This design has become an annual staple for this project.
Orientation Kit Mailing
Instead of going with a company that specializes in these types of mailings, I decided to partner up with my favorite local printers in Hawthorne, California and got to work on the prototype and kit items. This is the end result and it was a huge hit with the incoming students. I designed the box, sourced and ordered the promo items, and managed the production and fulfillment. These kits were used in lieu of having an in person Orientation. Students were mailed boxes and used the contents in the box during an online Orientation.
